Job Purpose
The Territory Manager is responsible for generating profitable business through the sale and rental of formwork systems within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions that meet customer construction needs while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary account manager for customers within the assigned territory, ensuring customer needs are met through effective sales and rental solutions.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare project estimates using established pricing guidelines and develop professional sales proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct customer meetings to present solutions, address objections, and demonstrate cost-effective value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements using standard contract terms and prepare accurate documentation for order processing.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor receivables and work collaboratively to achieve timely payment objectives.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position solutions in the marketplace.
  • Participate in training programs, industry events, and trade shows as required.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related construction discipline required.
  • Experience in construction-related sales, formwork systems, scaffolding, or heavy construction products is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in computer applications and sales or project-related software tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and occasionally for training or industry events.
