Contract Duration: September 2026 to March 2027 
Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off
Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day (84 Hours per Week)

Overview
NES Fircroft is currently recruiting for experienced Testing Field Specialists / Flowback Specialists to support offshore operations in Denmark.
We are seeking professionals with strong experience in well testing, flowback operations, return handling, and multiphase metering systems. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service execution while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute offshore well testing and flowback operations safely and efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality service execution in line with customer and SLB requirements.
• Ensure all operational deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and service delivery.
• Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and follow standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Manage operational risks during service delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships offshore.
• Participate in service quality meetings and contribute to performance improvement plans.
• Ensure full compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively support HSE and quality programmes.
• Maintain mandatory training and competency requirements.

 
 
Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Testing Field Specialist, Flowback Specialist, Return Handling Specialist, Well Test Supervisor, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with well testing and flowback systems.
• Strong background in flowback operations and return handling.
• Offshore certification suite including:
  • BOSIET / Offshore Survival
  • Offshore Medical
  • Escape Chute Certification
  • CA-EBS Certification
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging offshore environment.
• Desirable Experience

• Experience with Vx or Multiphase Flow Meter systems.
• H₂S certification.
• North Sea offshore experience.
• Experience supporting well clean-up, flowback, and production testing campaigns.

Knowledge of pressure control and surface well testing equipment.
