ABOUT YOU • Experienced Trade Assistant with a background in fixed‑plant or heavy industrial maintenance • Confident using hand and power tools, assisting trades, and working safely around operational equipment • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑focused approach • Physically fit with a commitment to safe work practices • Current driver’s licence and ability to meet site medical and compliance requirements
THE JOB ROLE • Support the fixed‑plant maintenance team with day‑to‑day mechanical and operational tasks • Assist tradespeople with maintenance, shutdown work, inspections and general duties • Contribute to a strong safety culture and ensure all work meets site standards • Help maintain plant reliability through efficient and accurate task completion • Initial priorities include supporting scheduled maintenance, housekeeping and shutdown preparation
