Process Trainer / Technical Trainer – FIFO 8/6 (Short‑Term Backfill)
$90-$110/hr + Super, negotiable.
We are seeking a hands‑on Process / Technical Trainer to backfill two team members who will be away for 6–8 weeks. This is a BAU-focused role supporting ongoing site activity during a busy operational period.

About the Role
- FIFO 8/6 roster
- Reporting to the Process Superintendent
- Delivering technical training, VOCs and inductions on plant assets
- Covering core processing areas including:
- Crushing & milling
- Processing circuits
- Carbon leach / gold processing
- Conducting asset‑specific inductions and refresher training
- Supporting operators with practical, on-the-job guidance
About You
- Strong hands‑on processing background – must have come from “on the tools”
- You must be immediately available or capable of mobilising in a short period. 2-4 week notice periods unlikely to work.
- Technically sharp and credible on site
- Experience delivering training, VOCs and inductions
- Comfortable coaching operators in a live plant environment
- Previous general training or site trainer experience highly regarded
