- Proven experience designing, developing and deploying training programs end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development capability
- Experience developing digital learning content
- Confident project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Facilitate workshops/consultations to gather learning requirements and content inputs
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and learning needs
- Design and develop learning materials (facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, job aids)
- Coordinate deployment and implementation, including rollout support and feedback cycles
- Configure, upload, test and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System, including supporting UAT/pilots
