- Relevant experience in technical training or workforce development within transport, logistics, mining, or heavy industry
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent
- Strong understanding of NHVAS, Chain of Responsibility, and heavy vehicle compliance frameworks
- Proven ability in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs and content
- Leadership experience managing and supporting field-based trainers and training coordinators
- Practical, commercially minded with excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
- Develop and implement a company-wide technical training strategy and scalable learning framework
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, assessments, and compliance documentation
- Lead delivery of on-road training programs, upskilling initiatives, and onboarding pathways
- Manage and support a team of trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality training standards
- Ensure compliance with NHVAS, Main Roads WA, Mines Safety, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as TAFE and RTOs to maintain accreditation and program effectiveness
