๐ Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week
๐ Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
๐ข Client: Major LNG Project, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Transportation & Installation (T&I) Lead to join a major LNG expansion project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of transportation and float-over installation activities for large offshore compression platforms and living quarters topsides, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities
โ Lead Transportation & Installation (T&I) execution activities for offshore facilities.
โ Review and supervise T&I engineering deliverables, procedures, vessel readiness, inspections, and mobilization activities.
โ Coordinate with Vessel Management Teams, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
โ Manage installation readiness reviews, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
โ Ensure marine operations comply with project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
โ Support offshore operations and monitor installation progress against project milestones.
โ Participate in incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
Minimum Requirements
๐ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
๐ข๏ธ Minimum 8 years of experience in large Oil & Gas projects within construction, fabrication, installation, hook-up, execution, or completion disciplines.
๐จโ๐ผ At least 1 year in a supervisory role or overseeing contractor/vendor personnel.
๐ Strong offshore construction experience as a Methods Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role.
โ Proven experience in transportation and installation of fixed offshore facilities.
โ Float-Over Installation experience is mandatory. DP Float-Over experience will be highly advantageous.
๐ค Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
