⏰ Working Hours: 8-10 Hours per Day
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transportation & Installation (T&I) Manager to lead and support Transportation & Installation engineering and execution activities across major offshore projects in Qatar.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, governance, and technical direction for all T&I activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and successful execution of offshore transportation, load-out, heavy lift, marine, pipeline, cable installation, and offshore construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and oversee T&I engineering and execution activities across multiple offshore projects.
✅ Ensure implementation of T&I processes, procedures, and best practices covering:

• Marine Operations
• Marine Assurance
• Marine Warranty Survey Requirements
• Load-Out Operations
• Sea Fastening
• Transportation Analysis
• Installation Engineering
• Offshore Construction Activities

✅ Provide technical guidance and support to engineering, construction, quality, HSE, business, and project teams.
✅ Review and validate EPC Contractor T&I procedures, execution plans, methodologies, and installation strategies.
✅ Monitor and report T&I performance, progress, KPIs, risks, and lessons learned.
✅ Oversee offshore heavy lift operations, offshore transportation campaigns, pipeline installation, cable installation, and related marine activities.
✅ Coordinate integrated T&I execution plans and interfaces among project stakeholders.
✅ Support resource planning, deployment, and optimization of T&I execution teams.
✅ Act as focal point for T&I safety leadership and safe execution culture.
✅ Ensure T&I risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and managed effectively.
✅ Support Management of Change (MOC) processes related to transportation and installation activities.
✅ Engage with Operations, Marine, Logistics, EPC Contractors, and Shareholder organizations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Requirements
🎓 Qualification
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
✅ Experience
✔ 15+ years of relevant experience
✔ Minimum 10 years of T&I project management experience
✔ Experience managing:

• Offshore Heavy Lift Campaigns
• Load-Out Operations
• Marine Transportation
• Offshore Installation Operations
• Pipeline Installation
• Subsea Cable Installation

✔ Experience in senior leadership and supervisory roles
✔ Experience working with international offshore contractors
✔ Float-Over Installation experience preferred
✔ Strong understanding of marine warranty requirements and offshore execution practices
✔ Experience supporting large-scale offshore EPC projects
