UI Designer – 12 Months Contract – Paris, France
Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote
Must be fluent in French with a good command of English
Client will only accept CVs in English
Start Date – 24th August 2026
Interviews will take place early July
Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design. Formal training in a graphic design school. Autonomous and well-organized; strong mastery of Figma (components, auto layout, variables, grids, dev mode, etc.). Experience working with a Design System; strong understanding of its foundations (color, grid, typography, spacing, etc.). Knowledge of digital accessibility is a plus. Ability to work in an agile environment. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.

UI Designer Responsibilities
• Designing consistent, high-quality visual interfaces (colors, typography, icons,
layout, navigation)
• Creating interactive prototypes for user testing and demonstrations
• Working closely with UX, Product Designers, and developers to ensure faithful
implementation of designs (pair design, UI reviews, acceptance testing)
• Maintaining and evolving the Design System (component creation,
documentation, support, QA), ensuring consistency across multiple products
• Maintaining and evolving the V1 Design Kit still used by product teams
• Building scalable Figma components using the latest features
• Designing icons and logos
• Using AI tools to accelerate workflows (documentation, prototyping)
Cross-functional Contribution
• Participate in Design Communities of Practice (CoP)
• Take part in team rituals: branch follow-up, SOS Design, Demo Show, Design
Day, etc.
• Contribute to 1–2 cross-functional topics (approx. 30 minutes per week)
• Continuously monitor new design practices and tools (e.g., design trends,
generative AI) and share knowledge with the team
• Organize and lead Figma training sessions within the Design Studio to
standardize design practices (e.g., auto layout, variables, design tokens)
