Role Accountabilities Safety Ensures personal and team compliance with all company HSE requirements & policies including Fitness for Work. Completes any HSE tasks only if the hazards and any potential consequences are understood and any corrections are firstly agreed by the relevant Supervisor. People Works constructively within a diverse group of people. Delivers consistently on commitments and takes accountability for own development. Production All aspects of preventative maintenance activities Accurate diagnostics and efficient execution in breakdown events Provide ongoing daily services in inspecting, installing, fault-finding/troubleshooting, repairing and testing mechanical equipment on mobile fleet as required. Ensure documentation, maintenance and service records for equipment are complete and kept up to date. Cost Actively seeks cost reduction opportunities and identifies & reports any cost wastage within designated area.
 
Qualifications (essential and desirable):  Mechanical Trade Certificate or 4 years relevant mining mechanical experience essential. Drivers License essential. Working at Heights experience and training highly desirable Elevated Work Platform Qualifications highly desirable Overhead Gantry Crane Qualifications highly desirable Forklift qualifications highly desirable Equipment testing and adjusting experience essential
