Benefits
- 9-month initial contract
- 8:6 rotation
- $75 - $80/hr + super
- Proven experience managing remote village or hospitality operations
- Strong contractor management and performance governance skills
- Demonstrated safety leadership and risk management expertise
- Proficient with Site Accommodation Management Systems (SAMS/Workflow) and MS Office
- Valid C-Class Driver Licence and ability to work at remote site locations
- Lead daily operations across catering, accommodation, maintenance, security, and ancillary services
- Ensure contractor performance meets contractual KPIs and compliance standards
- Optimize accommodation forecasting and utilization to align with project demands
- Champion safety culture and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
- Maintain effective communication and reporting with stakeholders and contractors
