Position Overview
The Ponca City Refinery is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, material handling, SAP transactions, and logistics activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient materials movement within the refinery.

The Ponca City Refinery is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, material handling, SAP transactions, and logistics activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient materials movement within the refinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all warehouse activities in alignment with HSE, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and Financial policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, issue, return, and staging of stock and non‑stock materials.
- Execute SAP transactions, including Goods Receipts, Returns, Goods Issues, and Staging.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Support hazardous material shipping.
- Complete kitting and staging of materials for field teams.
- Coordinate repair-and-return material processes.
- Prepare materials and equipment for shipment.
- Safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a U.S. Department of Homeland Security background check to obtain a TWIC card
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to lift 45 lbs
- Ability to pass forklift training and operate equipment safely
- Strong customer service mindset
