Position Overview
The Ponca City Refinery is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, material handling, SAP transactions, and logistics activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient materials movement within the refinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all warehouse activities in alignment with HSE, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and Financial policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt, issue, return, and staging of stock and non‑stock materials.
  • Execute SAP transactions, including Goods Receipts, Returns, Goods Issues, and Staging.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Support hazardous material shipping.
  • Complete kitting and staging of materials for field teams.
  • Coordinate repair-and-return material processes.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for shipment.
  • Safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a U.S. Department of Homeland Security background check to obtain a TWIC card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs
  • Ability to pass forklift training and operate equipment safely
