Warehouse Associate III
Location: Midland, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Warehouse Associate III to support daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role includes material handling, order fulfillment, equipment operation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and experienced in warehouse or distribution settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks to support warehouse operations.
  • Load and unload freight while safely operating a forklift.
  • Use basic PC skills for data entry, tracking, and documentation.
  • Read and comprehend written instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant workspace.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions and communications.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Forklift operation experience (required).
  • Experience in picking, packing, and receiving.
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, noisy, and physically active environment.
  • Steel‑toe boots are required.
