Contract period: 01.12.2025 - 31.12.2026
Location: Offshore 

Main tasks:

• Provides day-to-day on site monitoring and reporting of rig-based well activities, ensuring operations comply with Company and Rig Contractor Management Systems
• Liaises with the Drilling Contractor and third-party service contractors to ensure operations are performed in accordance with the drilling/completion program, detailed operating procedures and relevant guidelines in a safe and cost-effective manner
• Provides engineering support to the Company drilling supervisor
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting regarding operations, equipment, and performance evaluation
• Captures operational lessons learned for continuous performance improvement
• 2/4 offshore rotation 

Qualifications:

• Relevant M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education
• Sound technical understanding of D&W planning and operations
• 5 years + of relevant experience
