Job Title: WHP Offshore CSR
Location: Offshore (Rotational)
Job Purpose
Act as Offshore Company Site Representative to oversee construction, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.

Job Purpose
Act as Offshore Company Site Representative to oversee construction, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise offshore construction and hook-up activities
- Ensure contractor readiness (procedures, manpower, equipment)
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) and control of worksite activities
- Monitor HSE, quality, and project progress
- Coordinate construction, commissioning, and SIMOPS activities
- Lead onsite supervision team and resolve operational issues
- Track progress, risks, and ensure punch list closure
- Support commissioning and system handover
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in relevant discipline
- 10+ years of offshore oil & gas experience
- Strong experience in offshore construction & hook-up (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with PTW / Control of Work systems
- Familiar with industry standards and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certifications: H2S, T-BOSIET, MEMIR
- Willing to work offshore on rotational basis
