The Middle East Salary Snapshot

In conjunction with Oil and Gas Job Search and Energy Job Search, NES Fircroft has produced the first of many Regional Salary Snapshots for the energy workforce. This inaugural snapshot provides valuable insights into the differences between the perception and reality of pay, whilst looking at industry migration and demographic considerations such as gender, age, experience, and education.

The Middle East snapshot focuses on professionals working within Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE. The data focuses on monthly salaries in USD for full-time positions across energy sectors.

So far over 21,000 candidates have taken part in our global salary project meaning more regional snapshots are on the way.
