Operating in Latin America for over a decade, we’ve made 600 placements across the region into the Upstream, Midstream and Power sectors, comprising both local and expatriate talent. Whilst our regional hub is Curitiba (Brazil) our network of offices across both North and South America support all functions of the recruitment process from recruitment to onboarding, assignment support services (including travel and logistics) and visa management. We have placed staff across the South American region, and aside from placing staff into the countries in which we operate, we have also placed specialists in Argentina and Colombia. Our teams stay informed with changing legislation and immigration requirements, and are on hand to assist with the compliance of all workforce legislation and payroll. Our payroll service is award-winning; we'll pay contractors in the local currency and provide annual tax statements.
