The client was looking to source specialist staff for a Utility Scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) project in Germany.

With rising global demand in the renewables industry and a stretched talent pool of qualified, experienced professionals to draw from, they found sourcing and attracting candidates with the right experience to be time consuming and challenging. In particular, the client was struggling to find the right people with experience in photovoltaic systems; they had been searching for six months without success prior to engaging with NES Fircroft.
