Description:
    • Lead program-wide communications and OCM for Azure-to-AWS and on-premises-to-AWS migrations, aligning messaging and change activities across multiple Release Trains and product teams.
    • Communicate strategic technology decisions to all stakeholders, clarifying why they matter and what they mean for migration efforts.
    • Define and execute a persona-based communication strategy that clearly articulates the value proposition, impacts, timelines, and required actions for technical and business audiences.
    • Orchestrate release-aligned communications (standardized release notes, feature briefs, deprecation notices) to ensure changes are understandable, actionable, and supported.
    • Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments; develop readiness plans, resistance management tactics, and reinforcement activities.
    • Integrate communications and change milestones into agile ceremonies (PI planning, ART syncs, system demos, Inspect & Adapt) and collaborate with RTEs and Product Managers to pace change.
    • Identify and reduce change fatigue, rebuild change willingness, and strengthen confidence in the program through transparent, empathetic, and data-informed practices.
    • Design and deliver role-based training and enablement (learning paths, hands-on labs, migration playbooks, FAQs, manager toolkits)
    • Build and run a Cloud Champions Network to amplify change, gather feedback, and support local adoption within product teams and business units.
 
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication and Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to develop and lead communication and change activities on a Cloud Migration and application consolidation Program, covering both the technical and business side of communication and change. The program includes several technology transformations, requiring up-skilling of internal resources and tight coordination of communication related to product and feature releases.
 
    • Cloud domain awareness: Working knowledge of AWS and Azure fundamentals, cloud governance, security, compliance, FinOps, and platform operations.
    • Collaboration: Ability to excel in an international environment and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Exceptional storytelling and technical translation skills to tailor messaging for engineers, product teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
    • End-to-end OCM capabilities covering stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness planning and resistance management
    • Problem-solving and adaptability: Comfortable in operating in dynamic environments; able to navigate challenges with creativity and a solution-focused mindset.
    • Prior consulting experience in cloud migration projects.
    • 8–12 years of experience in OCM and enterprise communications for large-scale technology transformations, ideally including cloud migrations.
    • Proven experience collaborating within Agile Release Trains and participating in PI planning.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
