Investments und Weiterentwicklung – NES von damals bis heute

Northenden Engineering Services war der Anfang unserer Geschichte. Das Unternehmen wurde 1978 von Geoff Lloyd und Bryan Sullivan gegründet und war auch als NES International, NES Overseas und teilweise einfach als "NES" bekannt, bevor es 2011 im Rahmen einer Umfirmierung zu NES Global Talent wurde. Durch beeindruckendes Wachstum steigerte das Unternehmen seinen Wert immens -vor allem in den Jahren zwischen 2006 und 2012 – und wurde dann für 234 Millionen Pfund, mehr als das Dreifache seines ursprünglichen Werts, an AEA Investors verkauft.

Auch in den letzten Jahren entwickelte sich die Marke NES kontinuierlich weiter: Dank der starken finanziellen Basis konnten das Portfolio und die Leistungsfähigkeit durch sieben strategische Akquisitionen und Fusionen ausgebaut und die ursprüngliche Expertise in der Öl- und Gasindustrie erfolgreich auf komplementäre Sektoren wie Energie, erneuerbare Energien und Biowissenschaften ausgeweitet werden. Im Jahr 2020 wurden schließlich NES Global Talent und die Fircroft Group zusammengeführt und das heutige NES Fircroft entstand – der weltweit führende Anbieter für Personallösungen im technisch-wissenschaftlichen Bereich.

Einer unserer stärksten Investmentstandorte 2022 ist Deutschland, wo wir unseren Kunden von Mannheim aus landesweit lokale Lösungen durch globale Ressourcen bieten – von der ANÜ einzelner Mitarbeiter über Subcontracting bis zu ganzheitlichen Managed-Services-Lösungen.

The NES Fircroft quality management system is aligned to the international standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015, and for the purpose of our QMS, the scope of services is defined as the provision of staffing solutions to industry and professions.

NES Fircroft is certified to ISO9001:2015; accreditation being achieved by NES Global Talent in August 1994 (ISOQAR), and Fircroft Engineering Services in May 2004 (SGS).

Registrations are maintained from the businesses head office locations, and formal certification scope covers specific offices across the global business. However, our QMS, its principles and defined processes and procedures, including those focused on customer satisfaction, management commitment and leadership, are implemented throughout the global business, and applies to our core services and assignment support services.

It is the intention of NES Fircroft to continue to focus on continual improvement in line with business growth and expansion, and to continue to implement the core elements of our internal management systems throughout the global business.

Being ISO certified ensures that we maintain consistency in our internal processes and enables us to deliver a high level of satisfaction to both candidates and clients. Customers can be confident that we are listening to their needs and delivering staffing solutions to meet both their requirements and any legislative obligations, no matter where in the world they may be. Customer feedback enables us to act on these assurances by monitoring satisfaction levels, determining improvements and taking appropriate action.

Customer Focus Surveys are conducted regularly across the global business; A Net Promoter System® (NPS) is implemented as a basis for these surveys across all customer groups, with further questions incorporated to gauge overall relationship and satisfaction.
