We are currently recruiting an experienced Completions Co-ordinator for our Global Oil & Gas EPC client on a contract until 31st December 2026.
The successful candidate will develop and manage the completions process, including the Completions Management System database in accordance with the Project strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site completions activities and manage the Completions Management System (CMS) database.
  • Coordinate the compilation of certification and handover documentation (MC, RFC, RFU, SP-RFSU).
  • Configure and populate the CMS with engineering and contractor data (tags, test packs, flanges, civils).
  • Liaise with engineering teams to ensure accurate tag information.
  • Train contractor personnel on completions workflows and CMS usage.
  • Develop digital inspection and test records.
  • Set up site office completions infrastructure (documentation storage, scanning/printing facilities).
  • Monitor and report on completions progress using custom templates.
  • Ensure compliance with project handover strategies and CMS change management.
  • Manage electronic tablets and liaise with CMS provider for technical support.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years’ experience in a completions environment.
  • West Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) or equivalent.
  • Hexagon Smart Completions experience essential
  • Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of system definition and documentation standards
Additional:
  • Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
  • 10.5 hours per day on site
  • Point of mobalisation: Perth, WA
  • Interstate travel is not covered
