Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full cycle of confirmed orders from Sales handover through successful execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate across all stakeholders — operations planning, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, finance — to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage procurement and supply chain teams, oversee material control, supplier performance, and logistics activities.
  • Drive order fulfilment, monitor OTD (On-Time Delivery), and ensure accurate data capture and communication flow across systems.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC to maintain compliance and quality standards.
  • Report to management on order execution performance and departmental KPIs.
  • Ensure seamless financial handover to the Finance/AR team upon order completion.
  • Maintain control over customer materials and equipment movement (in/out).
  • Proven experience in Contracts, Order Management, and Supply Chain Operations within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or Rotating Equipment industries.
  • Strong understanding of order execution cycles, logistics, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally and deliver results.
  • ERP/Systems experience (preferably NetSuite or similar).
  • Highly organized, analytical, and performance-driven.
