Purpose:
To manage the full contracting cycle — from tender development to post-award administration — ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and best-in-class service delivery to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, tender, and execute service contracts in line with corporate policies.
Coordinate with end users to define requirements and prepare ITTs.
Evaluate bids, negotiate, and finalize contract awards.
Support post-award administration – variations, extensions, performance tracking.
Analyze spend trends and market intelligence to identify cost savings.
Ensure compliance with corporate controls, TOFA reviews, and audits.
Continuously improve contracting processes and systems (SAP/Ariba/CMS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commercial discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas contracting/procurement.
Strong understanding of contract law, supplier relations, and tendering procedures.
Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, or CMS tools preferred.
