About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Cost Manager Lead to join a dynamic and collaborative team delivering large-scale construction projects in Belgium. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term career growth, leadership responsibility, and the chance to work on high-impact developments in sectors such as data centres and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key account manager, building trusted client relationships.
  • Lead strategic client projects from pre-construction through delivery.
  • Develop cost estimates and plans for major developments.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in CostX and databook tools.
  • Manage and mentor large, diverse teams across multiple time zones.
  • Lead the preparation of QTOs and BoQs.
  • Develop and implement QA/QC plans for project assurance.
  • Provide expertise in MEP packages and working knowledge of MEPF systems.
  • Support procurement activities for global projects.
  • Contribute to sales, marketing, and proposal development.
  • Deliver internal training and foster team growth and performance.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in cost management, ideally within consultancies and on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong background in pre-construction works, with a focus on data centres or life sciences.
  • At least 4 years’ hands-on experience with CostX (or similar tools such as Planswift, Cubicost, Candy, ZW CAD).
  • Proven leadership in business development and team building.
  • Degree-qualified in cost management, construction, or a related discipline.
  • Chartered or actively pursuing chartership (support available).
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Farciennes.
