Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain crisis management readiness, response, and recovery programs.
- Advise stakeholders on disruptive event strategies and emergency preparedness.
- Oversee Emergency Response Plans and validate strategic crisis documentation.
- Deliver Tier-1 and Tier-2 crisis management exercises and simulations.
- Manage the Duty Response Manager (DRM) program and ICS training.
- Ensure operational readiness of emergency infrastructure and notification systems.
- Guide pre-incident planning for high-risk sites and hazards.
- Bachelor’s in Emergency Management, Engineering, Safety & Risk, or related field.
- AEM Designation, ICS 100/200/300 certifications, ICS TOT for 100 & 200.
- OPITO MEMIR certification.
- 8+ years in Emergency Response/Crisis Management, with 3+ years in supervisory roles.
- Proven leadership in tactical and strategic crisis incidents.
