The Distributor Manager (Visayas) is responsible for achieving the annual sales and business plans for the Visayas region by effectively managing, supporting, and developing distributors in alignment with the client’s strategies and objectives.

Job Purpose
The Distributor Manager (Visayas) is responsible for achieving the annual sales and business plans for the Visayas region by effectively managing, supporting, and developing distributors in alignment with the client’s strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement distributor network strategy for the assigned area
- Ensure primary sales volume targets are met
- Assist distributors in developing annual business plans aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with distributors to implement sales and marketing strategies in key sectors
- Monitor and evaluate distributor performance using scorecards
- Identify and support key accounts to drive distributor growth
- Conduct regular sales pipeline coaching and reviews
- Train and coach distributor personnel to enhance competency and confidence
- Support the appointment and training of new sub-distributors or dealers
- Guide distributors in achieving secondary sales targets in focus segments
- Ensure segment programs are executed effectively
- Apply leadership and coaching skills to motivate distributor sales teams
- Manage distributor marketing budgets and ensure timely reimbursements
- Coordinate with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Submit timely product forecasts to ensure reliable supply
- Manage trade accounts receivable within acceptable levels
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the cluster manager
- Manage territory expenses within budget
- Conduct special projects and market research as requested
- Maintain professional relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- Sales experience in lubricants preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing distributors
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Minimum 5 years in B2B/B2C sales
- Experience with auto/motorcycle parts shops, workshops, trucking, and construction sectors preferred
Working Conditions & Travel
- Based in Cebu, covering Visayas and Palawan
- Work-from-home and field work split: 30% / 70%
- Travel: Approximately twice a month out of base
