Position Summary – Electrical & Instrumentation Lead (Contract Service)
📍 Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
📅 Duration: 12-month contract, renewable
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional with a strong technical background and at least 15 years in industrial environments for a major Hydrogen project. The candidate will be appointed as the Electrical Responsible for LV power commissioning, in compliance with NEN 3140 regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional with a strong technical background and at least 15 years in industrial environments for a major Hydrogen project. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3–5 E&I supervisors
- Ensure safety compliance with HSE standards
- Oversee electrical activities and supplier performance
- Monitor site progress and anticipate upcoming tasks
- Ensure installation quality and adherence to AL E&C standards
- Manage inspections, certifications, and quality documentation
- Conduct daily coordination and weekly progress meetings
- Support design offices and track design changes
- Assist with contract validation and scope definition
- Lead quality audits and compile E&I project learnings
- Coordinate with engineering for anomaly tracking
- Electrical Standards: IEC 60364-1 / NEN 1010, NEN2535/EN54
- Functional Safety: IEC 61508, IEC 61131-1
- Certifications: European Electrical Habilitations (HV/LV), VCA or equivalent
- Systems: HVAC, Construction Management
- Languages: Fluent English (bilingual level)
