Job Description:

We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead design and technical delivery from concept through to commissioning. You'll be working on a range of projects in mining, minerals processing, and renewables, bringing ideas to life through safe, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate electrical designs, from concepts to feasibility, schematics, and detailed engineering)
  • Perform power system studies and coordination analyses
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and internal/external stakeholders
  • Produce clear reports, drawings, and designs
  • Support on commissioning tasks and testing.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in power system modelling tools
  • 2+ years’ professional experience in Australia
  • Exposure to mining/mineral processing or renewable energy projects
  • Previous experience with BESS or solar PV approvals and commissioning
  • Experience in use of electrical engineering in industrial environments
  • Chartership (RPEQ) is an advantage.
