Field Construction Quantity Surveyor / Progress Measurement Specialist

Duration: Multi-year contract
Pay Rate: $75.00-100.00/hr

About the Role: We are seeking experienced Field Construction Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Progress Measurement Specialists to support a major pharmaceutical construction project. These roles are critical to tracking and validating progress across multiple trades, ensuring accurate earned value reporting and project controls.

About the Role: We are seeking experienced Field Construction Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Progress Measurement Specialists to support a major pharmaceutical construction project. These roles are critical to tracking and validating progress across multiple trades, ensuring accurate earned value reporting and project controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage rules of credit for progress tracking
- Measure and validate installed quantities for piping, electrical, and other systems
- Produce and maintain Earned Value (EV) curves
- Collaborate with field teams and project controls to ensure accurate reporting
- Support project delivery through detailed progress analysis
- Proven experience in field-based QS or progress measurement roles
- Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM)
- Ability to set up and manage rules of credit
- Experience validating quantities and producing EV curves
- Pharmaceutical construction experience preferred
- Willingness to travel; per diem provided
