Job Title: Frac Operator 
Location: Grande Prairie, AB
Schedule: 14/14, 12hr days or nights 
Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extensions and/or permanent employment) 

About the Role: We are currently hiring hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Frac Operators in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for people with a strong work ethic and previous labour or field experience who are eager to build a rewarding career in the oil and gas industry. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Local candidates are preferred; however, accommodations will be provided for non-local hires. Please note: candidates are responsible for their own travel to Grande Prairie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the set-up, operation, and tear-down of frac equipment and related tools on site.

  • Follow safe work practices and company procedures at all times.

  • Support the pumping and blending of fluids and materials during frac operations.

  • Perform basic maintenance and pre/post-job inspections of equipment.

  • Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient field operations.

  • Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors and lead operators.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract (Class 1 is a major asset).

  • Previous experience in labour-intensive roles (construction, oilfield, agriculture, or related fields).

  • Oilfield and/or frac experience is a strong asset but not required.

  • Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a camp or field setting.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background check.

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Preferred:
  • Candidates local to Grande Prairie, AB.

  • Valid Class 1 driver’s license.

  • Prior frac or oilfield services experience.
