Full Stack Developer goals and deliverables
Objectives and deliverables:
My client is looking for a Full Stack Developer with React Native/Spring Boot/AWS
Frontend: Mobile React Native /Backend: Java Spring Boot
The service provider participates in the development of the product that meets the business needs. It also fixes bugs and tests apps or services.

In particular, the Full Stack Developer will have to:

• Develop the mobile app (React Native) in an MVP mode
• Develop cloud-native web applications (AWS), with a challenge of scaling on several sites, and internationally.
• Proactivity, solution and result orientation required, scalable application, as the project enters a complex business context with processes not yet standardized
• Advanced craftmanship and software architecture.
• Implement the functionalities and associated tests, ensuring the quality of the code (maintainability, testability, security).
• Identify, analyse and correct bugs and possible security flaws.
• Participate in database modeling.
• Contribute to technological choices and innovation.

Full Stack Developer cross-cutting contributions:

• Participate in the design/maintenance of new tools/packages common to the organization.
• Challenge the team's vision.
• Participate in CoPs (Communities of Practice) and cross-functional organizations.

Full Stack Developer skills required: Must have/Nice to have/soft skills

• Solid experience with production applications in React Native MH
• Have experience on a Spring Boot backend framework or MH equivalent
• Experience in hexagonal architecture would be desirable
• Desired experience with the Angular NTH frontend framework
• Comfortable with SQL & NoSQL databases (potentially SQLite)
• A good experience in the development of REST (MH) GraphQL (NTH) APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices would be an asset.
• An appetite for Craftmanship / clean code software, which the environment (Squad, CoP, coaches) helps to propagate.
• A good command of git and a first experience in a DevOps context (CI/CD, with GitHub or similar).
• Experience in AWS cloud technologies would be a plus.
