Your Role
As Geology Superintendent, you’ll play a central role in leading the site-based technical services team and driving geological excellence across underground operations. This is more than a technical role—it’s a chance to influence strategy, build a high-performing team, and contribute to a project from the ground up.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead underground geology activities to ensure accurate ore mining and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Exploration, Technical Services, and Corporate teams to support Life of Mine planning
  • Champion initiatives to enhance ore recovery and commercial outcomes
  • Manage geological budgets, contractor performance, and cost tracking
  • Provide clear, confident communication to internal teams and external stakeholders
 
What You Bring
  • Degree in Geology or related discipline
  • Strong technical expertise in underground grade control, modelling, and reconciliation
  • Proficiency in geological software (Leapfrog, Datamine; Deswik exposure a plus)
  • Proven leadership in building high-performing geology teams
  • Excellent decision-making and communication skills in dynamic environments
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation and operational excellence
