Indirect Material Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and prioritize deliveries based on site needs
  • Track inventory levels and ensure tools and materials are compliant and ready for use
  • Provide status updates for orders, shipments, and supply requests
  • Work with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams to solve delays or issues
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, including customs forms when needed
  • Support staff in submitting correct purchase orders
  • Look for ways to improve logistics and reduce costs
  • Stay up to date on regulations and tools that affect warehouse operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field—or comparable experience
  • Familiar with inspection standards and international shipping procedures
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable using inventory management systems and planning tools
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to safety
  • Able to work within a diverse team and adapt to a changing environment
