Infrastructure Divestment Delivery Manager – 6 Months Contract – Surrey
Inside IR35
25% of the time will be required travelling to Germany (expenses will be paid for)
40 hr week.
German speaker would be advantageous
Infrastructure Divestment Delivery Manager Role Overview
As Infrastructure lead for divestment activity, you will be responsible for the secure migration and separation of IT services associated with Network connectivity and application hosting from my client’s environment to a new company.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with all other IT workstream leads to ensure a fully integrate plan is generated, resourced appropriately utilising my client’s service line resources and executed in agreement with the buyer minimising impact to business operations. You will also work closely with the buyer to create detailed migration plans according to their hosting strategies.

- A deep knowledge of the technical dependencies of Network connectivity, End user computing and Hosting
- Ability to proactively identify issues and intervene early to avoid blockers in the programme.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate with the broader digital workstreams to resolve technically challenging problems and generate appropriate plans to resolve
- Proven project management experience ideally PMP certified or equivalent
- Use of Microsoft tools (ADO and Project) to generate and execute a fully integrated plan
- Previous Mergers, Acquisition and Divestment experience would be preferable
- Previous experience working in Digital teams would be preferable
- A creative thinker with the ability to use their extensive IT technical experience to resolve unexpected complex IT problems
