Job Purpose
Join our high-impact team to advise and support Instrumentation and Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering activities during the EPC and Startup phases. Ensure all project deliverables meet operational expectations in terms of Safety, Operability, Reliability, and Maintainability throughout the facility’s lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Join our high-impact team to advise and support Instrumentation and Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering activities during the EPC and Startup phases. Ensure all project deliverables meet operational expectations in terms of Safety, Operability, Reliability, and Maintainability throughout the facility’s lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead design reviews including SIL workshops, HAZOP, and failure analysis.
- Develop surveillance programs for critical Instrument and F&G systems to ensure Reliability, Availability, and Cyber Security.
- Define best practices and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical input across disciplines to support business objectives.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Mentor junior engineers in integrity and reliability systems.
- Manage project tie-in requirements and resolve critical issues.
- Support commissioning activities by optimizing systems and advising operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years in Instrumentation and F&G systems within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- DCS, PLCs, ESD/F&G Systems
- Anti-Surge Control Systems
- Metering Systems
- Turbine/Compressor Control Systems
- SIL requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, CONVAL, InstruCal.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
