                            This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the world’s largest current and upcoming Offshore Windfarm projects. You will be supporting engineering scopes for Cable Installation for large scale offshore wind projects.

                    Responsibility:
- Prepare project specific drawings, procedures (e.g. installation procedures, task risk assessment, work methods, etc.) for projects and tenders.
- Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts and review / evaluate subcontractor documentation.
- Prepare and review planning for project preparation and execution.
- Act as a senior counterpart for the Project Engineering Manager.
- Guide Project Engineers.
- Identify and arrange project equipment/materials requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks for project engineering, as required.
- Participate in project execution at-site and offshore.
- Mentor Junior Engineers
Qualifications:
- BEng / BSc or Meng / MSc degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience within the offshore energy industry – cable installation experience would be an advantage.
- Experience leading engineering teams within project environment.
- Thorough knowledge of working methods, planning and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of standards and relevant rules and regulations for the offshore industry and offshore installation projects
- Experience with managing trenching vendors and trenching equipment
- Resourceful with problem-solving abilities.
- A practical approach and good communication skill
