Lease Operator I, II, & III

The Lease Operator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining oil and gas production sites to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role involves routine site surveillance, accurate data recording, and performing well tests to support production goals and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor equipment and production conditions.
• Perform basic well testing and record operational data accurately.
• Identify and report any irregularities or potential issues at the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Communicate findings and updates to the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of oil and gas production operations.
• Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous experience in field operations or well testing is preferred.
