Role Summary: The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for delivering advanced maintenance and reliability systems to support efficient production and operational growth. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, optimizing asset lifecycles, and reducing downtime and costs. A key aspect is developing the workforce’s competencies to align with technological advancements.

Role Summary: The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for delivering advanced maintenance and reliability systems to support efficient production and operational growth. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance teams are competent, trained, and qualified.
- Oversee the health of maintenance processes, tools, and culture.
- Maintain and improve the Work Management system to support safe and reliable operations.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to eliminate equipment failures.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvements.
- Provide reliability input during project design phases.
- Promote continuous improvement across maintenance activities.
- Enhance the Maintenance Plan, including resource planning and work nesting.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the maintenance and reliability function.
- Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven safety leadership.
- Expertise in CMMS (e.g., Maximo).
- Mastery of maintenance and reliability methodologies (RCA, FMEA, RCM).
- Experience in contract management and sourcing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- People management and leadership development experience.
- Proven performance management and delivery.
- Experience working to international standards.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer, or working towards it).
