About the Role Qatar Airways is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manager – Integrated Products & Service Communication to lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that bring to life our inflight products and service innovations.

In this role, you will craft compelling narratives that articulate the vision, strategy, and customer value proposition of our products and services, driving alignment across internal teams and inspiring confidence among stakeholders.

You will work cross-functionally with teams across Interiors, Culinary, In-Flight Entertainment, Digital, and Design, ensuring communication excellence throughout the product development lifecycle — from concept and strategy through to implementation and launch.

This position requires a creative and strategic communicator with a deep appreciation for technology, product innovation, and customer experience (CX), and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, accessible, and impactful stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive product briefs, narratives, and technical summaries for new and evolving products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all communication aligns with Qatar Airways’ brand strategy, CX goals, and overall product vision.

  • Translate complex technical and operational updates into clear, consistent, and impactful messages for diverse internal stakeholders.

  • Act as a central communications advisor, overseeing robust product briefs that capture research, insights, and clearly define deliverables for product and service initiatives.

  • Serve as the focal point for communication planning across multiple product and service workstreams within the Product Design & Development (PDD) division.

  • Partner with Marketing and PR teams to support employee engagement campaigns and product launch communications.

  • Translate strategic vision and design rationale into accessible and engaging stories that capture the “how” and “why” behind product decisions.

  • Build and maintain a forward-looking content calendar aligned to key internal and external events, sponsorships, product milestones, and CX transformation roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with teams across PDD to define unique selling points (USPs) and product benefits, transforming these into persuasive and visually engaging communications.

  • Develop and track operational KPIs and dashboards to measure the success and impact of key initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in product communication, marketing, or CX-focused roles.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful communication strategies within large, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and how to articulate them effectively.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English — with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned narratives for both internal and external audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to align product communications.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.

  • Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities, creativity, and curiosity for innovation.

  • Dynamic, adaptable, and proactive communicator with a strong sense of brand and design aesthetics.
