Job Title: Marketing/Communications Specialist
Contract Duration: 12-months
Start Date: January 1st 2026
Rate: $38/hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Fully remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing/Communications Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in content management, design, and multimedia production, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content using a CMS, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Edit and update marketing materials (e.g., PDFs) using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
  • Optimize and enhance images for digital platforms using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to manage translated content and ensure accurate localization.
  • Assist commercial teams with planning and executing industry events, including logistics and promotional materials.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal)
