Materials Management & Logistics Data Analyst
Job Title: Materials Management Data Analyst
Overview:

Join this exciting project team as a Materials Management & Logistics Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Materials Management and Logistics (MM&L) activities comply with the energy company joint venture. As part of this team, you will be responsible for baseline current practices, develop/update procedures, processes, and underpinning systems.

Your focus will be on managing and continuously improving processes, systems, and data related to material supply chain in support of the project. You will lead the development and implementation of materials management data and system strategy to support the business plan and implement necessary material control processes.

Required Skills:

  • Materials Management and Logistics experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy industry
  • Strong understanding of MM&L policies, standards, procedures, processes, and systems
  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems and various reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze data, manage master data, and generate reports
  • Understanding of equipment and materials used in the energy business
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in developing material management guidelines and operating procedures
  • Familiarity with data exchange and interfaces with Logistics service providers
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas/Energy industry
Other Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail to maintain data integrity in the ERP
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams
  • Ability to identify and monitor key performance indicators related to MM performance
  • Travel may be required occasionally
