- Full-time, Monday to Friday

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with automation systems relevant to office operations
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Manage daily office services activities
- Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and procedures
- Schedule and monitor work activities,
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency
- Stay informed on new technologies, equipment, and software relevant to office services
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Facilitate office moves and transitions
- Order and maintain supplies for departments or projects
