NES Fircroft have immediate starts for Operatives , supporting a leading manufacturing company based in Hartlepool.
Joining our clients production team on an initial 6 month contract, with strong potential for ongoing work.
About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will receive full training and on-the-job support to operate specialised machinery and equipment across the manufacturing centre. You’ll work as part of a skilled, supportive team to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Shift Pattern:
Monday – Thursday:
- Days: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00
- Nights: 22:00 – 06:00
- Days: 06:00 – 11:00
- Afternoons: 11:30 – 17:00
- Nights: 17:00 – 22:30
- Excellent hourly and overtime rates
- Weekly shift allowance
