Product Design profile description
My client is looking for a Product Designer to join the Design Studio, a cross-functional team that brings together 20 designers dedicated to improving the user experience through the digital products we build together. Versatile, he/she can be considered as a UX/UI Designer with a business sensibility.
The Product Designer, part of an MVP logic: will ensure above all the adoption of their product. Will work on the end-to-end product chain, from scoping to delivery and is in charge of 2 to 3 products in parallel.
The Product Designer will be responsible for:
Identify the profiles of future users and formalize their needs and pain points according to the context (types of deliverables: persona, journey map, service blueprint, to-be-done jobs, etc.)
To organize and conduct user interviews and/or immersions as part of a User research to carry out ergonomic audits
Organize and lead face-to-face and remote ideation and co-design workshops (product vision, sketching, etc.)
To create prototypes (low or high-fidelity), using the existing UI kit and respecting the principles of ergonomics and accessibility
Define the main user journeys and create (according to the needs of the different MVPs) user flows, wireframes and animated prototypes to organize and conduct user tests in person or remotely
To monitor the measurement of user satisfaction on MVPs (SUS, usage tracking, AB tests)
Cross-functional contribution
Participate in the continuous improvement of the Design Studio (sharing of best practices, design ops, pooling of user knowledge)
Participate in CoP Design (community of practice) and team rituals: follow-up branch, SOS Design, Critical Design, Design Days, Demos, etc.
Contribute to at least 1 cross-functional team topic (2h/week)
