We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager (Extraction) on a FIFO basis. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be second-in-command, driving the strategic direction and execution of extraction operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where autonomy, critical thinking, and operational excellence are key.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager (Extraction) on a FIFO basis. About the Role
- Oversee and manage the extraction operations team.
- Ensure efficient recovery of the ore body and compliance with ore delivery specifications.
- Lead contractor and personnel management across mining, construction, or oil & gas operations.
- Apply your expertise in underground mining extraction and HDD operations to optimise performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in mining, oil & gas, or construction-related discipline.
- 8–15 years of supervisory experience in major resource or oil & gas environments.
- Proven leadership in managing contractors and operational teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in drilling operations; exposure to HDD is highly regarded.
