About You
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Engineering (any discipline) or Construction
- 8–10 years of demonstrable industry experience
- 3–4 years of direct project management experience, plus 5+ years delivering complex programs using PMBOK or Prince2 methodologies
- Industry accreditation in project management (RegPM / PMI)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage Capex/Opex budgets
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence (Class C or C-A)
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of influencing and motivating others
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk management
- Delivering complex Capex and Opex projects to scope, time, and budget
- Converting the existing interconnected grid into a modularised state grid
- Integrating alternative power sources and new technologies into the network
- Designing and constructing scalable models for future-ready infrastructure
- Executing projects in line with standardised delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
- Managing project risks, safety, and quality assurance
- Reporting project status and financials to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and resource plans
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and implementing engagement strategies
- Ensuring documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Supporting a portfolio of works focused on distribution network transformation
