Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead upcoming industrial construction projects. This role focuses on executing construction activities, managing commercial aspects, and serving as a customer-facing representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate office and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of industrial construction projects from planning to completion.
• Manage scheduling and project timelines; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
• Coordinate office-based planning with remote site activities.
• Handle commercial aspects and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Support project controls and learn SAP for project management processes.
• Travel to job sites as needed (approximately once per month).

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction project management (power plant or gas turbine preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work onsite in Houston.
• Open to candidates from construction or industrial sectors (not limited to power).

Preferred Skills

• Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of project controls and estimating.
