Job Purpose
Join our high-impact team to deliver Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Maintenance Engineering Support Services for QatarEnergy LNG Expansion Projects. Drive sustainable maintenance strategies using RCM/FMEA techniques and ensure smooth transition from project phase to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose

- Develop and verify Equipment Strategies (ES) and PM plans using RCM/FMEA.
- Facilitate RCM workshops and cross-functional sessions.
- Process PMCRs and ensure SAP implementation.
- Monitor PMCR status and ensure timely execution.
- Support maintenance planning and excellence initiatives.
- Provide coaching and OJT to Qatari graduates in RCM-FMEA tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas
- Strong knowledge of SAP, PM planning, and RCM methodologies
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in relevant software tools
