Description:
The Refined Products Logistics Analyst is a critical operational role on the U.S. Refined Products Logistics team. The position will support product schedulers through daily data entry, validation and analytics related to the movement of refined products into our distribution network, which serve  refinery assets in the U.S. The Scheduling team within the Commercial group is an integral part of  broader Upstream, Downstream & Corporate Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Scheduling team to ensure physical movements of products across the U.S. rail, truck and pipeline networks are recorded accurately and timely in operations and accounting systems
• Responsible for processing, analyzing and reporting daily movements
• Liaison with front, middle and back office functions to identify, investigate and resolve BOL issues to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payables
• Identify problem areas and facilitate the development of appropriate solutions cross-functionally
• Assist with reconciliation of inventory volumes with mid and back-office functions
• Perform daily actualization of product movements in SRA (RightAngle) ETRM system

Qualifications:
• Must be legally entitled to work in U.S.
• Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience in commodity logistics and/or formal education in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field, preferred. We may also consider new graduate applicants
• Strong ability to analyze complex information & details, and present findings in a clear and concise format
• Ability to respond effectively and efficiently to the needs of diverse clients with a focus on customer service
• Independent decision-making with an ability to influence and direct decisions related to commercial operations, and value-drivers aligned with marketing and trading strategy
• Proficient in Excel and adapts easily to other related platforms (ETRM experience preferred)
• Experience in logistics or supply chain preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive environment with multiple internal and external partners

Office based, 5 days in office/week.
