Scheduler

NES Fircroft is seeking a Scheduler int he North Houston area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of scheduling experience and a technical mindset who wants to grow in the industrial power and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for industrial/power projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams.
• Assist with slot planning and resource allocation.
• Support project controls and basic estimating tasks.
• Travel to job sites as needed for schedule updates and coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and communicate changes effectively.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of scheduling experience (industrial, power, or construction preferred).
• Technical mindset and willingness to learn RPS products.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and travel as required.

Preferred Experience

• Industrial manufacturing or construction scheduling background.
• Knowledge of project controls and estimating.
• Understanding of critical path method and resource planning.
