NES Fircroft is seeking a Scheduler int he North Houston area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of scheduling experience and a technical mindset who wants to grow in the industrial power and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules for industrial/power projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams.
- Assist with slot planning and resource allocation.
- Support project controls and basic estimating tasks.
- Travel to job sites as needed for schedule updates and coordination.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and communicate changes effectively.
- 2–3 years of scheduling experience (industrial, power, or construction preferred).
- Technical mindset and willingness to learn RPS products.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and travel as required.
- Industrial manufacturing or construction scheduling background.
- Knowledge of project controls and estimating.
- Understanding of critical path method and resource planning.
